Yoga with Michelle was really enjoyable, she is a great, highly skilled and talented instructor!! She guided us throughout the practice and was calming, informative, energetic, encouraging and fun!! She also showed modifications of poses for beginners which was helpful… Coach Sommer was great too!! She has such a calm and positive vibe!
